This page answers three common questions about deleting your PickCup account. For full detail, see our Privacy Policy.
In the app: go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account, then confirm when prompted.
By email: if you cannot use the app, send a deletion request from the email address linked to your account to support@pickcup.co. We may ask you to verify your identity before completing deletion.
After you delete your account, we remove your personal information and in-app activity tied to that account — such as your profile, match predictions, squad memberships, scores, and leaderboard data — from our active databases. The service will no longer retain your account or personal content for ordinary app use.
Copies that exist in encrypted backups may be purged gradually according to our backup rotation schedule; see the next section for timelines.
